I am an existing Radzen customer. Do I get the premium features of Radzen Blazor for Visual Studio?

Radzen Blazor for Visual Studio is free for all Radzen Blazor Studio Professional and Enterprise customers with an active subscription.

Are extension updates automatic?

Extensions update automatically when a new version is available on the Visual Studio Marketplace. The update installs in the background, and the new version runs the next time you open Visual Studio.

Is subscription renewal automatic?

The subscription renews automatically every year. You can cancel your subscription at any time from our customer portal. Use the email you have made the purchase from to log in. Alternatively you can ask us to cancel your subscription by sending an email to info@radzen.com. Read the full Subscription Policy.

Can I make a payment via bank transfer?

Yes. We offer bank transfers as a payment method. Bank transfer subscriptions do not renew automatically every year. Contact us at info@radzen.com if you prefer to pay via bank transfer.

Does the price include VAT?

The listed prices do not include VAT. Customers from EU will have VAT added to the price unless they enter a valid VAT ID during purchase.

How do I get an invoice?

You can download your invoice from the link included in your purchase confirmation email (the one that contains the license code).

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You benefit from automatic updates and dedicated customer support until the subscription period ends. This means that your subscription is active for one year after the purchase date even if you choose to cancel it. Read the full Subscription Policy.

The Radzen Blazor for Visual Studio premium features are not available after the subscription period ends.

You can purchase a new subscription to reactive automatic updates, support and premium features.

Is the license perpetual?

Radzen Blazor for Visual Studio licenses are not perpetual. Premium features are deactivated after the subscription ends. Read the full Subscription Policy.

Does the license include support?

Radzen Blazor Studio Professional and Radzen Blazor Studio Enterprise subscriptions include dedicated support over email during the subscription period. Send your questions to info@radzen.com.

How many licenses do I need?

Radzen Blazor for Visual Studio is licensed per developer seat. Each developer who uses Radzen Blazor for Visual Studio needs a separate license.
