- Does the price include VAT?
VAT is calculated separately for EU customers. Our payment provider automatically refunds it if your provide a valid VAT ID during purchase.
- Is subscription renewal automatic?
The renewal is automatic. It will recur after the subscription period ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- How do I get an invoice?
Use the Generate invoice link at the bottom of your receipt. The receipt is sent to the email specified during purchase.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You benefit from automatic updates and dedicated customer support until the subscription period ends. This means that your subscription is active for one year after the purchase date even if you choose to cancel automatic renewal.
The Radzen Professional features are available after the subscription period ends.
You can purchase a new subscription to reactive automatic updates and support.
- Is the license perpetual?
Radzen licenses are perpetual. Perpetual means that the Professional features are available after the subscription ends. Product updates and support are only available during the subscription period.
- Does the license include support?
Radzen Professional and Radzen Enterprise include dedicated support over email during the subscription period.
- How many licenses do I need?
Everybody who uses Radzen needs a license.
- How many applications can I make?
Radzen Professional and Enterprise users can create unlimited number of applications.
Radzen Community users can create one application.
- Are there any additional deployment or running costs?
Radzen applications are deployed to customers' premises - either a local server or third party cloud solution (Azure, Amazon, Google etc).
- Do you offer volume discounts?
