Is subscription renewal automatic?

The subscription renews automatically every year. You can cancel your subscription at any time from our customer portal. Use the email you have made the purchase from to log in. Alternatively you can ask us to cancel your subscription by sending an email to info@radzen.com.

Does the price include VAT?

Prices do not include VAT. Customers from EU will have VAT added to the price unless they enter a valid VAT ID during purchase.

How do I get an invoice?

You can download your invoice from the link included in your purchase confirmation email (the one that contains the license code).

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You benefit from automatic updates and dedicated customer support until the subscription period ends. This means that your subscription is active for one year after the purchase date even if you choose to cancel it.

The Radzen Professional features are available after the subscription period ends.

You can purchase a new subscription to reactive automatic updates and support.

Is the license perpetual?

Radzen licenses are perpetual. Perpetual means that the Professional features are available after the subscription ends. Product updates and support are only available during the subscription period.

Does the license include support?

Radzen Professional and Radzen Enterprise include dedicated support over email during the subscription period. Send your questions to info@radzen.com

Do I get access of Radzen Blazor Studio if I purchase Radzen?

Radzen Blazor Studio is free for all Radzen Professional and Enterprise customers who had an active subscription when Radzen Blazor Studio released officially (November 16th 2022). Radzen subscriptions purchased after November 16th 2022 cannot be used to activate Radzen Blazor Studio. Radzen Blazor Studio subscriptions cannot be used to activate Radzen.

How many licenses do I need?

Radzen Studio is licensed per developer seat. Each developer who uses Radzen Blazor Studio needs a separate license.

How many applications can I make?

Radzen Professional and Enterprise users can create unlimited number of applications.

Radzen Community users can create one application.

Are there any additional deployment or running costs?

Radzen applications are deployed to customers' premises - either a local server or third party cloud solution (Azure, Amazon, Google etc).
